How to create a product that people will scream to buy
One big observation that I have noticed is that internet marketing newbies simply don’t know what to sell. They know they want to sell something, they know they need a blog or squeeze page but they simply don’t know what product to promote.
In fact, creating a squeeze page to giveaway something is very easy. Many newbies get caught up in the glamour and research and then before you know it, the negativity begins….
“I don’t have a product…” or “I don’t know what to giveaway on my squeeze page” and “I don’t know how to do it”
The list on why someone can’t do something can go on and on, but I am writing this blog post to help newbies to understand the process of creating a product to sell and also what to giveaway on their squeeze page or opt-in form.
Creating a product that people scream to buy
Research
Before you start looking or start to create a product, you must to the proper research to see if it is something that people want to buy and this research will guide you in the direction of what to create or promote.
Blog comments
One good way to research is to go on our friend Google and search for blogs in your niche, let’s say web site traffic blog and open every blog in a new tab and look to see if they have any comments. See what people ask about that topic and save it in your excel file…save every question.
Forums Research
Remember my last blog post about Forums For Marketing ? I taught you to save any questions in an excel file and the answers but for more info go again on Google and search for forum web site traffic and see what threads you find on this topic and save all resources you find there in an excel file.
By doing this your end result will be a lot of information on what people are looking for and what product to create or promote.
Buy Products
Ok now you did the research and you found a product that you want to create. But now it is time to do more and more research.
Find some products on How to generate traffic to your site and buy a couple of cheap products to do your research.
See what they cover inside and see if you can add more value to that product, get ideas from this product and add it on your own product.
PLR Research
Once you’ve covered the above steps, you may need to look for more information if you feel that your product is not finished.
PLR is a great way to research and can cost about USD5 per PLR, you can get the PLR rewrite with your own words and add more value from your research that you did on blog comments and forums and from google search to create a product that people will really want to buy.
At this time you should have all the information you need on how to create the product you wish and the last question is whether you want to create a video or an eBook.
Give Away
What you should give away on your optin or squeeze page can be alittle scary at time…because you really don’t know what to giveaway that will have the most conversions, but the best and easiest way is to buy a PLR and give it away for free or create a short 5 to 10 page eboo kwith some info from your own previous research.
Product
So here’s the info…but I can tell you from experience what comments will be posted and I have an exercise just for you! ☺
So far I have told you everything that you need to do, but I haven’t told you where to by the PLR or where to buy the cheap products and what tools you need to create the product….and there is a reason for this!
Now its time for you to do some research and you can even ask me for some ideas…like when readers ask me about how to do this or how to do that, and then I email them the short 5 to 10 page PDF with some info and if they want to know more they can just buy the full product.
So based on my blog post, if you were to ask me where do I get PLR? I could look for the best places with the best prices, and then simply create a short PDF that I will giveaway to you and on the backend I would have a full PDF to sell with more information on how to get PLR, how to create a cover for your PLR, etc., how to market your product, how to research, etc….you get the point..
Inside The Buyers Mind
Sure…some people may think they can find this information for free, but they don’t take into account all the time that was spent gathering the research and then put together in a small package, whether it be a video or an eBook.
Even when you buy a product, yes you know the resources are free and some are really new, so don’t be shy to buy a product because the creator really put some work to research and give you a step by step guide that you can apply right away without spending days or even weeks trying to find a solution to your issue.
I Hope this blog post was useful and I hope you will leave a comment and let me know what you think or what questions you may have. Thanks!

Hi Marius,
I agree that forums are the perfect place to research what your target audience wants/needs. Simply by browsing the threads you can get a great idea of where they are struggling and all of a sudden you have a basic idea for your product. You could also go one step further by searching on Yahoo Answers where you will get similar information.
I agree, a simple free report with a clear Call to Action back to main report which you are selling is a great way to generate some income. You can giveaway rights with the freebie and as it floats around the web it will link back to your sales page for the premium content.
If you price the main report well, even as low as $7, you could be quite surprised by how many sales you’d make. After that it’s back to the research and rinse & repeat.
All the Best,
Noel.

Hi Noel
How you do buddy ?
Yea there are many way to research and when we go on forums, read and post we will realize how many product we can make
Hi Marius, some good points you make in this post. I find that plr is a good way to create a product quickly. It is important that you make sure that it is good quality plr because there is also a lot of rubbish out there. It is also a good idea to change the ebook cover and name of the plr product to make it more your own and unique.
Thanks for the post.
All the best,
Gerald.

Hi Gerald
PLR is easy but of course we have to add more value to them and how you said changing the ebook cover and name will be good idea. I find good PLR that are very good but cover and images sucks.
How everything well there.
Hi Marius all is good with me. I know that you are not with MWA anymore but let us keep in touch with our blogs.
Keep well,
Gerald.

Breaking through the “i can’t do this” barrier is the hardest part for people new to creating products…..somebody I read put it better….you are not a creator as such but a product compiler. Creator sounds like you have been touched by the hand of God. Compiler sounds like you have done a bit of research and collated it into an accessible format for people to consume.

Hello Ade
Yea you are right “i can’t do this ” barrier sometime is hard to break for most of people who want to make some money online also another problem they buy product after product and never take action.
Hi Marius,
As you stated, research is critical in this process – it’s amazing how much information you can gather just by doing some good, old fashioned research.
Facebook and Twitter can be a gold mine of information for this purpose as well. Be an astute observer and see what others are talking/complaining about!
Thanks for sharing!

Marius,
Very good report. I love the way you showed how to write a product and then sell it and you made it so easy to understand. The fact that you give away a free report based on reader’s questions and then follow that up with a complete product for sale!
If anyone wants to know anything, they can do enough research and find the information for free. But, who has that time? That’s why we buy information products, because we don’t want to spend our valuable time researching…so let the product creator do the research and then trust them to give you the most relevant information on the topic.
Good job buddy!
Jerry
market validation is finding out if there are people out there willing to pay for your product.
It’s having a customer base that’s willing to pay for your product. The base should be large enough to create a viable business. Just because you and your investors are excited about the product doesn’t mean that everyone else would feel the same.
